B-2 Stealth experts - need help identifying a part!

So I got this a while back from a guy on ebay that sells a lot of aircraft wreckage and scrap metal, mostly from the XB-70. It is evidently a part of a B-2 Stealth that was obtained through a scrap metal purchase from lockheed or something back in the 90s... All RAM has been removed so dont worry, I have nothing illegal here...

Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone can identify the piece and tell me where exactly it goes on the aircraft? I was told it is a leading edge piece of some sort but upon examining closeup shots of all the weapons bay doors and landing gear doors, it just doesnt match the profile or size... The piece does have "LTV 19" stamped on it, which Im assuming stands for Ling-Temco-Vought, the company responsible for the wing intermediate sections with their engine intakes and exhausts.... But i cant seem to find any shots of The piece is also stamped with "titanium" and a part number... Pictures have been provided below, any help is appreciated! I plan on framing this piece and putting it with a nice matted image of the B-2 and a short technical description of it on my wall....
