Contractors with the USAF occasionally use the Little Alien, so they may find the place useful. I am sure the government has carefully examined all the photos of the base from Tikaboo posted on the net and regards the quality not good enough to worry about. At 26 miles, the atmosphere is the limiting factor. The satellite photos only have to contend with about 2.5 miles of atmosphere, so other countries have better photos at their disposal than any amateur will ever get.
