Welcome to the DLR discussion forum. The EA-6B is a radar jammer that usually operates at fairly high altitude. It would be unusual to see it fly low. The refueling probe that is sticking up from the forward fuselage is one of its distinct features. It also makes a very distinct "whining" sound.

The attached link shows some of the aircraft that frequently operate in the area. I can't think of any aircraft that looks similar to the EA-6B, though.
