Well, the important thing about Tikaboo is that you can see the base with your own eyes. But if it ever gets closed, which I don't expect anytime soon, there are other view spots, almost equally good but less accessible.
It was easy to close White Sides and Freedom Ridge because the land borders on the restricted area. The two new restricted sectors can easily be patrolled from inside the perimeter. Tikaboo, however, is detached, and it would be quite a large part of the peak that needs to be withdrawn. The only practical way to patrol it would be by helicopter. Trust me, its not going to happen.
