They technically have it incorrect in that article. On the CIA's own web site, they estimate that a full 50% of all UFO sightings in the 50's and 60's were sightings of the U2. They did not make estimates for the A-12 or any follow on projects.

The article assumes UFO=space ship or flying saucer. Which is not true. UFO DOES NOT EQUAL ALIEN FLYING SAUCER.

If the CIA admits it was 50% back then, I believe that its still in the 50% range for their new, still classified craft today.
