Well, here is the other one that Gary saw (85-6039) only his was the USAF UV-20A model and probably a different color than this picture. They are a STOL a/c and are popular for jumpers. The Army Golden Knights use one. As far as I know, the one Gary saw is the (newest and) only one currently in the USAF inventory.
