I can remember this scam artist renting vans and taking people from the LA area out to ET HWY to watch scientist at Area 51 test UFO's. He even has his picture at the Little A Le Inn. His tours were going well until people started realizing they were seeing the JANET planes and not UFO's. He started giving these tours after the Bob Lazar story broke. I guess his investment group was as successful as the tours!
