The Test Wing (DET3, AFFTC) does include a Medical Group.

Typically, the mission of the Medical Group is to provide limited health services for personnel assigned to the Wing. The Medical Group provides medical care for the military community to ensure maximum readiness and test capability. The group's functions include flight medicine, surgical services, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, dental care, medical benefits and information, and diagnostic and therapeutic services. Some of these capabilities may be quite limited at the Groom Lake facility.

There is probably a Medical Operations Squadron (or Flight) to provide customer-focused healthcare services to all eligible Department of Defense beneficiaries, ensuring medical readiness and combat capability of its active and reserve duty members.

There is undoubtedly a Physiological Support Squadron (or Flight) to provide medical and technical support for flight operations. This includes integration and maintenance of life support systems, training, and medical support directed toward optimum crew effectiveness and survival capabilities.
