Thanks for the post. Your conversion to PST looks right. For those who don't follow Red Flag regularly, the first and third time window in each row is the launch from Nellis AFB, the second and fourth time window is the recovery. Those watching around Rachel can expect activity between 12:00pm and 1:45pm and between 6:45pm and 10:00pm (10:45pm Mon, 9:00pm Fri).
