Some of the foreign units may stay until Monday or even Tuesday after the Flag. Depending on direction of take-off, the racetrack (north) or Cheyenne, west of Nellis (south departure) are the best spots. Listen to the Nellis ATIS on 270.1 for the departure runway (direction).
