i've often wondered why this concept isnt used against terrorist organizations. "who nuked tora bora? wasnt us."

i dont think people give out too much information on this site. for instance, if somebody says an estimated top speed of a classified project i dont see how that really helps anyone trying to defend against it other than tell them they need to develop faster planes.
