No. It appears on the Las Vegas sectional charts as a "closed airfield" (circle with X through it) and the runways are marked closed with "X"'s to warn civilian traffic not to land there. It may have had a code in the past, I don't know. But as far as the aviation system today, it doesn't exist in the system.
