OK, after some more research, here is what I came up with:

The Wilmington DE address for "One Leasing Inc" is used by various overseas companies and individuals that, in order to circumvent local laws, need a presence as an incorporation in the United States. Incorporation under that address is sold by mail order. Now, what are two planes, registered to a rather dubious business with a fictitious mailing address doing at an airfield closely related to the super secret Area 51??! We are onto something here, folks! Comments??

The same company "One Leasing Inc" also comes up with the following address:
One Leasing Inc
1146 Uniform Rd
Griffin, GA 30224-4765

All I found under that address is a company named "Atlanta Air Salvage". It appears in various registers, and seems to be a legitimate company. Is this the parent company to the fictitious "One Leasing Inc"?
