Hard to tell the frequency, but it could easily be above 2.5GHz. I believe the dish would transmit the video feed, while the other antenna receives control signals. Judging from the design, that could be around 450MHz. It may be possible to sniff out the video frequency with a good counter or scanner that goes high enough up there...
