last week there was dump truck activity as you make a right off of the main gate road onto 375 and head up the mountain. the trucks were fairly far off the road and down on the right near the mountain. (not in the lot area just off the road on the right). i'm not sure we established that road improvements arent happening inside the base either. they just arent happening on public land at this point.
