I had a friend of mine on New Years night in San Diego film 4 red lights that moved quick and in unusual ways...she put it on You Tube. The local station did a story, and said that it was weather balloons that some guy said he put flares in for fun. My friend said those most certainly were not balloons that moved like that!!! Not to mention in England, very similiar lights were filmed on the same night!!! Go figure....
