It's the Melrose Air Force Range. It was used by the 27th Fighter Wing when they were at Caonnon, plus it's used by New Mexico AF Reserve at Kirtland. The 12th FW was deactived in Oct 2007 and the 12th Special Operations Wing stood up. RoadKill
