No. That is a picture of the P-175 Polecat. The RQ-170 Sentinel (probably first flown as the P-170) has a family resemblance but is noticeably different.

I suspect the P-170 is the one we know as Desert Prowler but the Skunk Works has been developing quite a few UAV projects in recent years so we are still waiting for definitive confirmation. (There is precedence for a name change; the company's SentryOwl was renamed Desert Hawk, for example.)
