Most of what I'm seeing points to a photo platform. The nose gear retracts laterally to allow that large dome that is commonly used for IR or visual spectrum photo equipment. Hefty trailing link landing gear allows hard landings (like carrier) without damage to sensitive photo equipment. No antennas, what? Primitive enemies with lots of cash can detect transmissions, even if they can't decipher them. I suspect this bird sneaks in, takes shots, does not transmit info, but rather beats feet to a landing where info can be downloaded quickly and acted upon without detection, allowing repeat visits. Wouldn't you find a "fly on the wall" useful?
