I had a closer look at my new Area 51 panoramas today, and noticed a brand new building that was put up between 1998 and 2000. It is located on the northwestern corner of the Northern Ramp Area, near the Red Hat hangars. It is connected to the ramp area with a brand new ramp, which makes it likely a new hangar. In the attached sat. image it is the building in the upper left corner. Any thoughts??
