Lets see if we can sort this out. It seems there are two different aircraft using that callsign at the moment. The Raytheon 727, flying out of LAX, and the CE 16 Typhoon out of Nellis.

Last time I picked up the Raytheon 727 on my SBS-1 was on 9/28. On 7/31 I picekd them up as well in Rachel, and visually confirmed them doing a test in the Queen City Summit area. They returned direct LAX after the test.

The CE 16 out of Nellis appear to be unrelated, using the same call sign. They are not sending a Mode-S code.
