I'm not sure paper say $20 or $200 billion richer for lockeheed or Boeing, what does mean those contract is for money matter? Obviously, Feregni's (Star Trek series) Rules of Acquirement rule#4 or #5: "A contract is a contract is a contract", #8 or #9: "Money is good for Business"
