The best you could get out of something like this would be a view of a bunch of very dusty generic buildings. Presumably, they won't have hangar doors open or anything like that while the bus is around, since it most likely carries people from different compartmentalized projects. And you're not very likely to get the best...

However, you might get a very good view of the inside of a federal prison for a few years. And please don't, because it might give them cause to clamp down security even more.
