Yep, that is the same sticker I took a photo of a few months ago. The truck was parked near the white bus in Alamo on a Saturday afternoon. I never hear exactly what the sticker or patch represented. The photo was taken in 5-23-09 and I have not seen the sticker since on any other vehicle.
