I discussed this last Tuesday with Lockheed Martin so this project is still viable. As far black projects, I seriously doubt that this is the only version of a concept that LM has spent a lot of R&D on. In other words there probably much larger types in various configurations that have been flown over the years. Whether this makes the huge flying wing UFO explainable is up to you. However, historically LTA craft (blimps and such) have not proven to be a viable weapon as they are VERY dependent on correct weather conditions. Way too many LTA craft have crashed due to flying in poor weather.
