I will be willing to swear in court if necessary that I saw the top vertical tail fin of the blimp in late August 2006. I had rented the room in the trailer behind the Little A-Le-Inn and as I came out of the Restaurant, I saw the squared off top of the fin moving north at about the speed I would assume that a blimp would travel that close to the ground. It was at sun set and the blimp was behind the ridge of mountains directly west of Rachael. There was no sound.
