Not easy to answer. Maybe the White House. Ive been thru the security at the test site. It seems somewhat lax but that is only what you see. It may be what you dont see that you should be concerned with. Security at TTR at first glance looks pretty innocent, in truth I think not. "They" say that their are various layers of security at Area 51. As you get closer to the base It gets more intense and sophisticated. Sounds reasonable.
