I will probably get slapped down for this but I have always believed that A51 has more going on than just stealth testing. No, I don't believe that they are racing UFO's or walking them on leashes and that goes for over the hill as well. The attached link is to a website for a joint Raytheon and EG&G test service. If A51 were a normal test range I would imagine it would be included. A51 dosen't appear to be the standard AF test range. The Air Force Research Labs (AFRL) make no mention of it either. My guess would be that among other TS projects they are launching and recovering an unmanned orbital spy plane(s) which probably relays data to Pine Gap. Just my humble opinion.
