This bothers me quite a bit. The cold war is over and yet the amount of "secrecy" surrounding stealth and recon programs increase with every passing year. Where is the growing threat? Does Al Queda give a damn about our RCS data?
And now this. We are to the point that an aircraft company responsible for some of the greatest scientific breakthroughs of our times wont even participate in its own recognition of excellence. Something is really, really wrong with our defense industries when it has to come to this....
