i believe you may not understand what the article is really saying. the term "stealth" is being redefined by new survelience technologies that means what we think is stealth really isn't. perhaps you should read the article again, understand it, and then repost. if the enemy has incorporated the technologies that are described we may actually have a "shortage of operational stealth aircraft".
