Read some of the Trip Reports(such as mine) about past interactions with the Camo Dudes. They are just doing a security job....at a very special base...but still just a job......The primary danger you face out in the area is Mother Nature...the Desert Itself! Take the necessary precautions and the Camos won't have to help.
Oh, and Gregos is right, the 2nd Amendment is to be used!.......as a friend in Key West says : " Happiness is a Belt fed Weapon"
