As it says, SAR and SCI aren't clearances per-se...they're used to further limit the people who can access the information via the "need to know" rules.

There are more, like CNWDI (Critical Nuclear Weapons Design Information), Secret Restricted Data, and Top Secret Restricted Data. All three of those are used in the nuclear weapons arena.

There are also NATO specific clearances - just because you have a TS from the US doesn't mean you can access ANY classified data that belongs to NATO. It's normally just a paper-pushing exercise, but it has to be done.
