I know in the past people have sent out FOIA's regarding area 51. Of course the people who sent the FOIA's got a reply saying "the air force nor the Department of Defense owns or operates any such place as area 51" Of course area 51 isnt the official name for the U.S. Government. So if no one has done so already why doesn't someone try to send a FOIA and ask them about the Air Force Flight Test Center Detachment 3.
Just a thought.
