How can we make a giant reconnaissance blimp the size of the Empire State building?

"BIOSTEEL" A material flexible and strong enough to build a ship capable of carrying a Phased array radar (the size of a 15 story building) and power regenerating propulsion system.

This may have been one of Kelly Johnson's dreams come true.

Johnson knew what was required for aerial surveillance, but we simply did not have the technology. So he designed the next best thing the MACH 3+, A-12 / SR-71 Blackbirds.

But now we have the technology thanks to Nexia Biotechnologies Ltd.

I have stated in the past that Earths spiders and nature hold the key in advance technology and now the visionaries at Nexia have done it. This Canadian company has been awarded a $213 million U.S. Department of Defense contract for advanced research.

Spiders have evolved on Earth for over 400 million years and you would think they had learned a thing or two.

How can they get enough spider silk to build such a huge object? GOATS, Yes that's right goats. Inject the spider DNA into a goat embryo, when the female goat becomes an adult and has offspring it produces milk lace with spider web polymer. (SILK MILK)

The material is extracted, processed, spun, and woven with advanced composites on computerized looms.
