Pete,
It is interesting to see in your paper (It's No Secret) that Kelly Johnson was concern about Area 51 being downwind from the nuke test site.

He states on page 9 of his Oxcart History Report "We were able to prove by 1 January 1960 that our concept of shape, additive, and loaded plastic parts had enough promise to warrant going forward with the project."

The additive is one of three main reasons for the SR-71's to be built. Pretty important stuff here.

Do you have any data showing his concerns for the use of cesium in the JP-7? or any other information on it? Thanks, Dan
