The United States has always had secret military facilities working on secret projects. Our Country has the best military and technology. No, every shmuck off the street does not have a right to see everything! It really isn't a hard concept to understand, but it may be a realty that is difficult to accept. Secrecy in a necessity! just look at our Military compared to that any one of the counties in Europe. You can't get all "Ghandhi" like and expect to be a Super Power! I will take Reagan over Ghanhdi any day of the week! Sending any type of remote controlled anything in restricted airspace or on the ground is illegal. Taking photos on anything on the the restricted side can also be punished criminally.
