I had heard that he took that photo. I thought it was taken in 1984, but it does look older than 1984. He described being able to walk right up to that location at take photos. This has always led me to believe that he got Lazar into this whole S4 working out there story. It is clear John Lear knew very early on about the base. I am sure with his pilot connections he found out about the base before many others. Just some thoughts. I have always figured he was behind Bob Lazar.
