I commend your motivation and education. The physics arena would be an excellent place to start. You can bet there are plenty of books on the subjects of what is being practiced at AREA 51. The only problem is, that the data will not be released to the public for 20 - 40 years if at all.
I would say I was guessing if I wasn't in one the programs. You can do what I did, join the Air Force and with any luck work your way into a Black Projects program or continue your education in an area that the Black programs require. Good Luck!!
