[Slightly OT] Area 51 Digital Elevation Model

Well, I just wanna get an opinion from the best, a.k.a. you guys. A few years ago, a friend and I started a map for BF1942 that was intended to moderately replicate the Groom Lake layout. (I got all those gates and cameras and stuff working remotely, but I'll save that for another post.)
Well, over years, the plan kinda died off, as we got plenty caught up in other things. However, I felt kinda bored and decided to browse Turbosquid for an Area 51 model, and discovered that little beauty. I'm thinking of possibly using it as a layout template at some point, and it was the highest detailed model of the terrain that I could find. It's also relatively cheap, compared to what you'd usually expect Turbosquid's prices to be. Anyway, what do you guys think of this? Is it worth the buy?
