My personal opinion is that most of what is done there is under NSA, NRO, CIA, and other unnamed government intelligence gathering organizations. I believe everything done there is top secret black world test, development, and research. I don't know if NRO is still involved as I believe their mission has been transferred over to a new acronym. Bear in mind that this is just my opinion and there are others here who disagree and can present compelling reasons why I am wrong. In my experience when the security goes as high as it is at GR the people in charge get real shadowy. So this is just my opinion for consideration. I am not challenging anyone's else's opinion. My experience with NSA is that they have no sense of humor and they are constantly stepping out to call home to mother.
