My first sentence was a little off. Being more reasonable, I was thinking along these lines. I am sure many "black projects" originating from anywhere would look like a UFO or something unknown. The government loves the UFO mythology surrounding Area 51. It provided great cover for them. Without question people saw an F117 when they were at TTR. I have read accounts of individuals describing the craft they saw. No, I don't know if they called Art Bell! Hell, Gary has a picture of a F117 on a runway at Groom on his site and it looks like a UFO!
