I'm being totally serious when I say that going into one of these offices, and asking for a job at "Area 51" wouldn't accomplish that. I think it would be unreasonable for them to believe most of their new hires don't know SOMETHING about what they do, but straight out asking "I want to work at Area 51", is not the way to go about it.

If you want a technical job at JT3, you have two options:

1. Look at JT3's website and you'll see that they have some "Jump Start" program for Electronic Technicians at CSN.

2. Enter UNLV, take classes in radar and antenna theory, and graduate from the EE/CE program with a good GPA. I know that JT3 is a very big hirer of newly graduated Electrical Engineers out of UNLV. If you walk around the Engineering building during the fall, there are a ton of fliers up for JT3's internship program.
