I would imagine that, as the manhattan project proved, the biggest threat for leaks is internal.

I mean, I'm sure there are folks that try to position themselves along flight paths and do who knows what to collect info.

Anybody run into shady characters with vans full of equipment (other than yourselves)? Any foreign spies that check this website want to report themselves? :-P
