Exactly! How hard would it be to put a gate there. There is no way people like this older couple or the "two grannies" that blew past the gates should be cited. It almost seems as if they are trying to entrap people. We all should be careful, but in the real world a gate makes sense to me. The warning signs with no gate has always been an issue with me!
