Clinton is no longer entitled to ride AF1 except as guest upon invitation of the President. However he was NOT with the President during our recent emergency. Not to talk politics here. Simply to acknowledge you probably DID see 99.9% correct AF-1 flying above you, and may well have seen (or at least heard the escorts above her).
