I was in Vegas this past week for Red Flag, and camped out about 15 miles north of town, and in the very late hours of the night on Wednesday, was awakened by a loud jet, flying fairly low, and not very fast. Judging by the light pattern, it seemed to have a triangular shape - one light on the nose, and one light each on the wingtips. It was not big enough for a B-2, (no B-2s at the flag anyways), and it was bigger than an F-117, which we are no longer flying of course. Anyone else see something like this? I watched it fly over and just assumed it was something involved with RF, however the night missions were over, for the most part, for that night, so I am wondering what it was.
