Some of the labels and most of the building numbers go back to a security manual that leaked out in the 1990's, and is believed to be authentic. Other labels are based on observations by myself and others in our group, or input from other reliable sources.

For instance, if you repeatedly see fire trucks inside and in front of a large garage from Tikaboo, it is safe to assume that it is a fire station. Many of the labels from the security manual have been confirmed since it "leaked out", giving it more credibility.

I am sure some of our "educated guesses" are incorrect. But for the most part I think the labels in the panorama (and our building map on this site) give a pretty accurate picture of the base.
