New hangar orientation.theory

when you look at the new sat image from a more global perspective, the new hangar is not oriented the same as most of the rest of the buildings at the site. humans (espcially engineers) tend to align things with other things; this hangar does not align with anything else at the site. my theory - the new hangar orientation is to reduce viewing opportunities from Tikaboo Peak and allow them to leave the hangar doors open in the summer for cooling purposes. in addition they built a giant earth berm, at substantial cost, for the same reason. if that is true, our observations of their activities played a major role in the orientation of the new hangar. Your thoughts?
