Pretty interesting updates on the security cameras losing their solar cells. Two ideas come to mind. One, the person from the operation near Groom Lake who is assigned to read this website noted the post about subpoenaing the video camera footage after the People's Rally 2001 auto-pedestrian near miss and figured that the cameras are a potential legal liability. [How can you get video footage from a base that doesn't exist?] Two, these cameras don't move and are probably not that good of a surveillance technique, so just posting cammo dudes 24 and 7 is a better idea.
