Yep, that's an interesting site alright.
Seems to me that if they were really trying to imply they're somehow responsible for the tower or for the other RCS range gear in that photo, they'd be at the very least ruling themselves out of any future work for the USG, and probably getting visits from very angry ex-customers to boot. Most likely they're just using the image as an example of a dynamic RCS range.
But the page does have some nice photos of the various approaches used, in the white world, anyway, for static RCS range target supports. Which is what werD was thinking about at the beginning of this thread.
